John 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me.
Philippians 4:6
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Colossians 3:2
Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
PRAYER:
God, you are a good, good Father who loves us so much. Thank you for your true Word, the Bible, that tells us that you are the way, the truth, and the life and that there is no other way to access these things except through you.
Help us to not be anxious about the world, or our future, or by the things going on in our lives, but help us to bring our prayers and concerns to you through a thankful heart.
God, with everything going on in the world around us it is easy to get distracted and overwhelmed. I pray that you help us to remember that this life is temporary, but you are an eternal God and if we have a relationship with you then that is our future and our hope.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
